Steps for Preparing the Apple Omelette
To prepare the delicious apple omelette, start by peeling the apples with a peeler and slicing them thinly
Place them in a bowl and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with cinnamon, mix and let flavor for a few minutes.
Break the eggs into another bowl and beat them with electric whisks together with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture. Then, while mixing, add the yogurt or milk in the same quantity, the flour, and half a teaspoon of baking powder
and finally the apples, mixing everything well with a spatula.
Heat a non-stick frying pan buttered and once hot, pour the mixture.
Cook over low heat with a lid for 10 minutes. Then gently flip it with the help of a lid or a flat plate, and cook for another 5 minutes, still covered and on low heat.
Once cooked, let it cool completely and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
