Steps for Making Apple Pancakes

To make the delicious apple pancakes, start by peeling an apple and cutting it into small pieces.

  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the egg and add the stevia or sugar and mix with a whisk then add the milk and obtain a homogeneous mixture. Gradually pour in the flour along with the cinnamon and baking powder and mix well with the help of a spatula.

    The mixture should be fluid

  • At this point, add the chopped apples and mix well.

  • Grease a non-stick pan with a flat bottom with a little sunflower oil and wipe with a paper towel.

    Heat and pour the batter with a ladle or spoon, forming disks and cook over low heat
