Choose a well-ripe banana. Peel it and cut it into slices.
Place it in the glass of the hand blender along with the milk, cream, and sugar.
Turn on the blender and blend everything until you get a creamy mixture.
Pour into the ice cream maker, I used the handy Cecotec Ice Cream Maker, and operate it following the instructions and timings.
Storage
Banana ice cream can be stored in the freezer for 3-4 days. Before enjoying it, I recommend taking the desired amount and leaving it at room temperature for a few minutes

How to make it without an ice cream maker?
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, put the banana cut into pieces in a freezer bag and leave it in the freezer for 4 hours.
Then place it in the blender glass and blend with the cream and milk until you get a creamy consistency. You can enjoy it immediately or store it in the fridge for 1-2 hours for a firmer textureIf I want it sweeter, how much sugar can I add?
You can add 50 grams of granulated sugar.
