Blueberries and strawberries are among my favorite fruits, so I treated myself with a rich blueberry tart, which rivals my fruit tart .
I am increasingly proud and satisfied with my plants, which I lovingly care for every day.
Thanks to them, my desserts become special and always healthy as, I remind you, each of my recipes are butter-free, with lots of fruit, whole cane sugar, and stone-ground type 2 flour.
It’s essential to use quality products, seek them out and not settle. I enriched my tart with delicious strawberries, which definitely make a difference both in taste and appearance.
I grow the strawberries in tall pots so that the fruits hang down without touching the ground, remaining dry and free from potential pests. They can also be grown on terraces, an orchard is not necessary for this reason. The important thing is to use quality soil.
I also recommend the delicious apple cake, the strawberry plum cake, the blueberry bundt cake, and if you visit my blog you will find many more fruit and vegetable-based recipes.

Steps for the blueberry jam tart
Let’s start by taking a bowl where we will add the eggs, sugar, flour, water, oil, and baking powder. Now combine the ingredients in this order. First, work the dough for at least 5 minutes until you get a compact dough ball. Then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
After the time has passed, divide the dough ball into two, setting aside 1/4
Next, roll out 3/4 of it on a previously oiled baking dish, and with a fork, create small holes. At this point, incorporate the blueberry jam with a spoon.
Finally, roll out the remaining dough with a rolling pin over parchment paper, and with a daisy-shaped cutter or any shape you have at home, create decorations.
To conclude, the tart is ready to be baked at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean and slice the strawberries thinly, leaving them connected at the end, as in the photo.
Once cooled, we can decorate the tart with strawberries.
