Broccoli and Potato Gateau with Creamy Heart

The broccoli and potato gateau with creamy heart is an easy, very tasty recipe and rich in vegetables, as in most of my recipes.

It’s a great way to consume vegetables, with which you can create thousands of appetizing recipes like this one.

Based on boiled potatoes and broccoli that are then mashed and stuffed with good creamy and stringy cheese.

Great as a second course, served hot, in winter it warms the palate and makes the taste buds happy.
