- 8 jumbo shrimp
- 2 oranges
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig parsley

Steps for the Calamarata with Orange Shrimp
To prepare the delicious calamarata with orange shrimp, bring a pot full of water to a boil.
When it boils, add salt and pour in the pasta. Cook according to the minutes indicated on the package. The pasta should be al dente.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it with a colander and season with the orange shrimp. Mix everything gently and cook for one or two more minutes on the stove to combine the sauce with the pasta.

Storage
The calamarata with orange shrimp can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for one day.
Reheat only in a pan, over low heat, with a drizzle of oil or a little hot water.
Not suitable for freezing. Once defrosted, the orange becomes bitter.
