Caramelized peaches with amaretti and chocolate is a delicious and wholesome dessert that you can prepare in 5 minutes, with no dough and no oven needed.

Delicious and great both hot and cold, perfect for sudden cravings or unexpected guests. It’s also a way to make the most of the ripest peaches.

Born from a few ingredients and requiring no elaborate techniques to impress.

A perfect balance of flavors and textures, the softness and creaminess of the peaches, the crunchiness of the amaretti, and the slight bitterness of the dark chocolate that perfectly complements the other flavors.

To prepare this recipe, I used nectarines from my tree, but they can be made with any other type of peach.

Peaches are hydrating, low in calories, antioxidant, rich in fiber, boost the immune system, and much more.

You can serve them hot with ice cream, cold for breakfast, or with yogurt

  • 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 amaretti
  • 0.7 oz 70% dark chocolate

Tools

  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Peeler

Steps for preparing caramelized peaches with amaretti and chocolate

To prepare the delicious caramelized peaches, start by thoroughly washing the peaches under running water. Peel them with a peeler or a knife.

  • Cut the peaches in half, remove the pit, and slice into fairly thick wedges

Heat a non-stick pan d. 22 and add the peaches and sugar, cooking for 5 minutes with the lid on.

The peaches should become soft but not fall apart. Cook over medium heat and turn them only once on each side. The caramel will coat them, creating a shiny and fragrant glaze.

Once cooking is finished, sprinkle with the crumbled amaretti directly with your hands and with the dark chocolate cut into flakes.

And the caramelized peaches are ready to be served hot or cold.
