To prepare the delicious cheese and walnut crostini, take a loaf of rustic bread and slice it on a cutting board.
Toast it on a grill on both sides for about 2 minutes on each side, until the classic dark stripes form.
Slice the brie cheese, or another soft cheese, and place it on each slice of bread.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 320°F (160°C) or in the air fryer until the cheese slightly melts.
Once out of the oven, garnish each crostino with half a walnut and half a teaspoon of honey.
Plate them, and the cheese and walnut crostini are ready to be served and enjoyed.
