The nickel-free and gluten-free brownie has nothing to envy from the original brownie.
It is a healthy, vegetarian version prepared with apples, egg, cocoa, sugar and potato starch.
You will surely be surprised by its soft and succulent texture and its indulgent flavor.
It really takes just a few minutes to prepare.
Despite the absence of traditional flour, the result is identical to the original brownie recipe, with the same dense, chocolatey consistency that makes these brownies irresistible.
With a few simple and natural ingredients, you will get a gluten-free brownie recipe without giving up authentic taste.
The gluten-free brownie is perfect to serve as a dessert, to take to a party or to enjoy as a sweet treat at any time.

Steps to prepare the nickel-free and gluten-free brownie
To prepare this delicious brownie, start by peeling the apples and cutting them into small pieces.
Then put the apple puree into a bowl and add the unsweetened cocoa powder and the unrefined cane sugar.
Add the egg, the potato starch and the baking powder and mix well with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
Next, line a parchment paper into a round cake pan about 6 in in diameter and pour in the batter. Then add chocolate chips and bake at 356°F in a conventional oven for about half an hour, or in an air fryer at 356°F for about 20 minutes. Always check with a toothpick before removing from the oven.
Once baked, let cool completely and finally serve… enjoy!
Storage and notes
