Ingredients for Easy and Delicious Pastries
- 2 puff pastry
- to taste lemon-flavored milk cream
- 12 blueberries
- 6 raspberries
- 6 teaspoons mandarin jam
- to taste powdered sugar
- to taste honey
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Steps for Preparing the Pastries
To prepare the delicious easy and tasty pastries, start by thoroughly washing the fruit under running water, gently massaging with your hands to remove any impurities and drying with absorbent paper and set aside.
Then prepare the lemon-flavored milk cream , you can find the recipe by clicking on the name and let it cool.
In the meantime, roll out the puff pastries, preferably round, and create with some 6 cm molds, many discs avoiding pastry waste and transfer 6 onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Then with another smaller mold of 4 cm, make central holes in the remaining discs to obtain a frame, as shown in the photo. Then with the egg yolk, beaten with sugar, brush the edges of the 6 discs and place 3 frames on each disc, always brushing the surface of each frame with the beaten egg yolk. This will secure the frames and help form the classic puffed edge. Prick the bottom with a fork so it doesn’t puff up during baking. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes, until golden and well puffed.
After baking, let them cool completely. Then brush the edge with honey and fill each pastry, using a piping bag, with delicate lemon-flavored milk cream, a level teaspoon of mandarin jam and decorate with fruit.
Dust with powdered sugar and finally the pastries are ready to be enjoyed..
