The egg-free spiral cake is a delicious and fluffy cake like a cloud that you prepare in just a few minutes!
It consists of a soft base enriched with a generous filling of hazelnut cream, a contrast between the enveloping sweetness of the cream and the bold taste of cocoa.
The base is made of flour, plant-based milk, baking powder, and seed oil, ingredients that ensure the cake’s softness.
Hazelnut cream, made with selected, roasted, and finely ground hazelnuts, is a real delight for the palate and gives that creamy and indulgent touch that makes it truly irresistible. While the spiral decoration makes it visually appealing and spectacular.
The hazelnut granules add a crunchy part that sweetly contrasts with the creaminess of the cream.
This dessert is perfect for both a special occasion and a refined snack, remaining light and easily digestible.
Suitable even for those following a vegan diet.

Storage
Since the cake contains hazelnut cream, it’s preferable to store it in the refrigerator, especially if the room temperature is warm. Wrap it well in cling film or store it in an airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent it from drying out. In this way, the cake keeps for about 3-4 days
