Greek Yogurt and Mint Sauce, fresh, refreshing, and light.

Greek yogurt and mint sauce is a fresh and refreshing condiment that you can prepare in a few minutes, offering a healthy and natural alternative to packaged sauces.

It’s the sauce that brings your salads to life or adds a spark to those chicken slices looking sad and forlorn. Fresh like a mountain day, fragrant as a bouquet of freshly picked flowers, and light as a quip at the end of the day.

You prepare it in just a few minutes with few ingredients that are easily obtainable and usually found in the pantry

Versatile, as you can use it in hot or cold dishes, spread on sandwiches, served as an appetizer with crudités or breadsticks, or as an accompaniment to meat or fish mains.

Greek yogurt is rich in proteins and probiotics, beneficial for the gut. Mint and parsley provide antioxidants, vitamin C, and chlorophyll.

Storage and Advice

For a more oriental version, add a pinch of cumin or coriander powder.

It keeps in the fridge for two or three days stored in an airtight container or a tightly sealed food container

Before use: take it out 10–15 minutes before to let it return slightly to room temperature and mix well before serving.

Attention: being yogurt-based and using fresh ingredients, it is important not to leave it out of the fridge for more than 1 hour
