The muffins with a creamy jam center are soft and delicious sweets, and with my recipe, making them is very simple. I guarantee that the jam will remain in the center, creating an irresistible heart.
They are distinguished by their surprising two-layer structure: a soft and light dough wraps around a creamy and sweet heart of wild strawberry extra jam from Dispensa della Casalinga, where the fruit is processed as soon as it is picked and cooked with artisanal slow-cooking methods for a tasty and genuine result, that bursts with flavor in every bite.
The soft and fluffy dough is enriched with wildflower honey that comes from the heart of Valtellina from small beekeepers, who with great care and attention, choose the uncontaminated flowering fields, so that the bees can do their duty in the best way.
Perfect for starting the day with sweetness, accompanied by a cup of coffee, hot milk, or tea. Their soft texture and jam filling provide energy and good mood.
An excellent choice for a tasty break, to be served with fruit juices or hot teas. They can also be offered as a sweet treat during a tea party or an informal gathering with friends.
Or served as a dessert at the end of a meal. In short, any occasion is good to serve them

Storing Muffins with Creamy Center
Muffins with a creamy center can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days, provided they are placed in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap to avoid drying out. It is preferable to keep them away from heat and humidity sources.
Muffins with a jam center can also be frozen. After completely cooling them, place them in food bags or freezer-suitable containers. They will keep for about 2 months. When you want to enjoy them, simply thaw them at room temperature or heat them briefly in the oven or microwave to restore their original soft texture.
