- 1 egg
- 5 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 3 tbsps whole cane sugar
- 2 tbsps potato starch

Steps for Preparing the Nickel-Free and Gluten-Free Brownie
To prepare the delicious brownie, start by peeling the apples and slicing them into small pieces.
Then place the apple puree in a bowl and add the unsweetened cocoa powder, the whole cane sugar
the egg, the potato starch and the baking powder and with a spatula mix the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Next, line a parchment paper in a round baking pan with d. 15 and pour the batter. Then add the chocolate chips and bake at 350°F in a static oven for about half an hour or in an air fryer at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Always perform the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
Once baked, let it cool completely and finally serve… enjoy your tasting!
