Potato Casserole

The potato casserole is a tasty pie made with potatoes breaded in breadcrumbs, enriched with plenty of melted cheese, and the result is truly delicious.

It consists of three layers each filled with scamorza cheese making it stringy, while the foil cooking makes it soft inside and crispy outside.

A true delicacy to present both as a main course and as a side dish.

The secret to a great result is the thickness of the potatoes; they should be cut quite thin and be of medium size.
