Potatoes and Tuna Sauce, the Salad That Everyone Agrees On.

Potatoes and tuna sauce is a truly irresistible combination of flavors. A simple, yet well-thought-out dish.

How to make a humble ingredient like the potato appetizing. A mix of flavors that creates sparks.

It’s true that the best recipes come from memories. In fact, this salad takes me back to when I was a child, in summer, my grandmother would arrive with her mysterious bowl covered with an overturned plate.

‘It’s not the usual salad,’ she would say. And she was right: underneath there were steaming potatoes, softened by a cream-colored sauce that tasted of tuna, but also of home.

It’s good because it manages to be simple, but never banal. A bit like the best memories.

Great to serve both cold and warm, as a side dish or as a main course.
