- 8 tablespoons pastry cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (about 8.8 oz)
- 1 egg yolk

Steps to prepare quick strawberry puff pastries
To prepare the delicious quick strawberry puff pastries, start by washing the strawberries very well under running water. Choose ripe, sweet strawberries to get the best flavor. Make sure to wash them thoroughly, remove the stems and cut them into thin, even slices so they are evenly distributed on the pastries.
