Ingredients for Making Super Soft Apple Bread

  • 11 oz apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup erythritol or sugar
  • 1 2/3 cup type 1 flour
  • 1/2 packet baking powder for desserts
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps for Preparing Super Soft Apple Bread

To prepare the delicious apple bread, start by peeling the apples with a peeler and cutting them into cubes. Place them in a bowl with the juice of a lemon and set aside.

  • Take a bowl

  • crack the eggs and add the erythritol or sugar and a teaspoon of honey,

  • and blend everything with a mixer,

  • Add the flour and cinnamon and

  • keep blending

  • add the apples until you get a smooth mixture

  • Pour the mixture into a springform pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a static oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until golden on top. Before taking it out, do the toothpick test.

  • Bake at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test before taking it out.

Tips and Storage

The apple bread made in a blender can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days if covered with cling film or inside an airtight container.

In the refrigerator, always well covered, for 5 days.

It can be frozen. Store it in airtight containers already sliced and it lasts up to 5 months.
