Ingredients for the preparation of the super soft apple bread
- 2 1/2 cups apples
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup erythritol or sugar
- 1 2/3 cups type 1 flour
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps for the preparation of the super soft apple bread
To prepare the delicious apple bread, start peeling the apples with a peeler and cut them into cubes. Place them in a bowl with the juice of one lemon and set aside
Take a bowl
break the eggs and add the erythritol or sugar and a teaspoon of honey,
and blend everything with a mixer,
Add the flour and cinnamon and
continue blending
add the apples until you get a homogeneous mixture
Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a static oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden on top. Perform the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for about 40 minutes. Perform the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
Tips and Storage
The all-in-the-blender apple bread keeps at room temperature for 2-3 days if covered with plastic wrap or inside an airtight container.
