Ingredients for the Sushi Baskets

  • 6 rice baskets
  • 1.8 oz smoked salmon
  • to taste raw tuna
  • to taste black sesame seeds
  • 1 avocado
  • 0.7 oz onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • to taste fine salt

  • Rice Baskets WITHOUT OVEN, it's easier than you think!
  • In the blender cup, insert half a peeled avocado, the onion, a pinch of salt, and the juice of half a lemon. Blend everything until you get a thick and homogeneous cream.

  • Dice the tuna and half the avocado, and slice the salmon. Roll the salmon slices into roses

    Fill the piping bag with the avocado cream and generously fill 3 baskets. Place the salmon rose in the center.

    Fill the remaining rice baskets with chopped avocado and tuna. A sprinkle of black sesame seeds and the sushi baskets are ready to serve.

Storage

Sushi baskets can be stored empty in the fridge for three days in an airtight container. Fill only before serving. Once filled, they can be kept only for a few hours in the fridge.
