The apple pie with jam is a cake with a delicate and soft taste.

Today for breakfast I enjoyed this delicious pie filled with homemade apple jam 🙂

A real treat …..mmmmm…. how much I love it….

These pies are my favorite and they win the favor of everyone: young and old.

It’s soft and light because, as always, I didn’t use butter and eggs.

You can make it whenever you want, and I’m sure you’ll make it often because it’s a cake that you’ll never get tired of.

Ingredients for the Apple Pie with Jam

  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • packets Baking Powder
  • 10 oz Apple Jam
  • 3 Apples
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • to taste Ground Cinnamon

Tools

  • 1 Knife
  • 2 Bowls
  • 1 Spatula
  • Parchment Paper
  • 1 Cake Pan

Preparation of the Apple Pie with Jam

  • Peel the apples, slice them, and store them in a bowl with the juice of one lemon and a bit of cinnamon to taste.

    In a bowl, pour the sifted flour, sugar, and baking powder.

    Add the yogurt and oil gradually.

    Mix the batter,

  • pour half of it into a cake pan lined with parchment paper and add the sliced apples

  • spread the apple jam on top,

  • cover with the other half of the batter and finish with the remaining apples

  • Bake the pie with jam in a preheated oven at 350°F in static mode for about an hour.
