Baked shrimp is a simple and quick second course to prepare.

Today there is an orange alert, and for the moment here it has rained without much damage, while in the West there have been floods. Hopefully, it will improve.

In the morning, I went out to stock up on vegetables and fruits because they were finished and then returned home.

I took care of some household chores and then dedicated myself to preparing lunch.

I made spaghetti with tomato sauce and these baked shrimps as a second course.

It’s an inviting and tasty second course. I prepared a sauce with chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, which I used to season the shrimp and then baked them.

They are delicious and worth making often.

It is also suitable to serve as an appetizer for important events or holidays.
