The banana milkshake is an energizing drink, ideal to prepare when you are tired and need energy. After yesterday’s beautiful day, today started with unstable and chilly weather.
Yesterday, being Sunday, I took the opportunity to go for a nice walk in nature, and I must say I felt rejuvenated.
I also had time to stop and admire the beautiful surrounding landscape.
My area is truly beautiful and always attracts many tourists.
With this beautiful day yesterday, I enjoyed a refreshing banana milkshake for a snack.
Bananas are rich in potassium and provide energy, making them suitable especially for those who do sports or exercise in general.
Yesterday, after a nice walk, it was just what I needed to pick me up.
Simple and quick, it requires no cooking.
From now on, it could be a useful drink to enjoy when it’s hot or when there’s a drop in sugar.
If you are lactose intolerant, you can replace the milk with plain yogurt in the same quantity.
I didn’t use sugar because bananas are already sweet.
If you prefer, you can flavor the banana milkshake with a bit of cinnamon or cocoa, and it will become even more delicious.
To make it even fresher, you can also add some ice cubes.
It will become a fresh and thirst-quenching drink.

- 2/3 cup Milk

Preparation of the banana milkshake
Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
Pour into a blender, adding the cold milk, and blend until you get a thick and creamy mixture.
Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
