I often prepare fresh drinks like fruit juices, tea, cold herbal teas, etc.
Today for the end of lunch I wanted to prepare the coffee cream 😀
The coffee cream is prepared with only 3 ingredients: coffee, cream, and sugar.
For those who love bitter coffee, you can omit the sugar.
It is fresh and light and at this time it is just right.

Ingredients for the coffee cream
- 2.5 oz coffee
- 1.25 cups cold fresh whipping cream
- 2.8 tbsps sugar

- 1 Bowl
- 1 Small bowl
- 1 Coffee maker
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Plastic wrap
Steps for the coffee cream
Place a bowl in the fridge.
Prepare the coffee, add the sugar, and let it cool.
Store it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Take the bowl out of the fridge, pour the cold fresh whipping cream and beat it with an electric mixer.
When it starts to get a creamy consistency, add the cold coffee from the fridge, continue working the mixture until fully whipped.
Keep it in the fridge for at least an hour covered with plastic wrap.
Serve it in cups or glasses.
