Grandpa’s Cup

Grandpa’s cup is a delicious coffee-flavored ice cream that everyone, including me, loves 🙂

Today it feels a little less hot: there’s a light breeze and the air seems more breathable and less muggy.

In this scorching summer, I often enjoy ice creams because having little appetite, they satisfy me without making me feel heavy 🙂

Besides enjoying them while strolling, I sometimes prepare them at home.

Since I started making them at home, I have a lot of fun because they are not difficult to make, and you can get creative.

This time, I wanted to try Grandpa’s cup 😉

This ice cream is simple and quick to make: I only used 3 ingredients.

I made it without eggs, without using an ice cream maker, and without turning on the stove.

It’s creamy and thick at the same time.

In short, a real treat.

It can be served as a dessert at the end of a meal or as a snack.

I made generous portions: I used 4 medium cups, but you can also use large bowls.

Instead of whipped vegetable cream, you can use regular whipped cream.

I garnished Grandpa’s cup with coffee beans, but you can use chocolate chips instead.

P.S: I recommend trying:
