The kiwi smoothie is a refreshing drink ideal to consume at any time of the day 🙂
Here the muggy heat continues but the weather will soon change. In fact, there is an orange alert for thunderstorms starting tomorrow and the temperatures will drop significantly, taking away the muggy weather of this period.
On the one hand, I can’t wait because I suffered a lot from the heat, but I hope it doesn’t cause any damage.
The other day I had some ripe kiwis to consume. I ate some as they were and made a smoothie with the others.
Since this period is perfect for drinking a lot, the kiwi smoothie is suitable for refreshing oneself and has multiple beneficial properties due to the presence of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
It is simple and prepared with only 3 ingredients.
Instead of milk, you can use yogurt, and instead of brown sugar, you can use white sugar.

Ingredients for the Kiwi Smoothie
- 6 kiwis
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Tools
- 1 Knife
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Blender
Steps for Kiwi Smoothie
Peel the kiwis and slice them. Place them in a blender, add the brown sugar and cold milk.
Start the blender at low speed and then at maximum speed for one minute.
The smoothie should have a slightly liquid creamy consistency.
It’s ready to be served in individual glasses.
If desired, it can be prepared a few hours in advance and stored in the fridge until serving.
