Lemon squid is a quick and tasty main course to prepare at any time of the year 🙂

Today is a drizzly and dark day, one of those days that brings great sadness and melancholy.

It’s one of those days you’d rather stay at home cozy and warm.

Unfortunately, I had to go out anyway and so after running my errands I stopped by the frozen food store to buy some squid.

I bought frozen squid because they were already cleaned and with little time to cook, I had to prepare a quick main course.

It’s a simple dish cooked with lemon juice and a touch of white wine.

Even though it’s simple, it’s still a tasty fish main course.

If you need to serve it to children, you can omit the wine and use water.
