Ingredients for Mini Cheesecakes in a Glass
- 1.75 oz Oro Saiwa cookies
- 10.5 oz fresh mixed ricotta (sheep and cow)
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- 4.4 oz blueberries
- 4.4 oz raspberries

Preparation of Mini Cheesecakes in a Glass
In a bowl, pour the dry ricotta, add the lemon juice and the powdered sugar.
Stir and set aside.Take 4 large glasses.
Chop or crumble the Oro Saiwa cookies.
Pour the mixture into each glass.Add some raspberries and blueberries.
Spread the ricotta mixture on top.
Garnish the surface with the remaining blueberries and raspberries.
Keep them in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
