  • 10.5 oz fresh mixed ricotta (sheep and cow)
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4.4 oz blueberries
  • 4.4 oz raspberries

Preparation of Mini Cheesecakes in a Glass

  • In a bowl, pour the dry ricotta, add the lemon juice and the powdered sugar.
    Stir and set aside.

  • Take 4 large glasses.
    Chop or crumble the Oro Saiwa cookies.
    Pour the mixture into each glass.

  • Add some raspberries and blueberries.

  • Spread the ricotta mixture on top.

    Garnish the surface with the remaining blueberries and raspberries.

    Keep them in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
