Pan-Fried Brussels Sprouts

Pan-fried Brussels sprouts are a simple vegetarian side dish to make 🙂

It requires few ingredients and can be paired with both meat and fish dishes.

During this period, when they can be found at the vegetable stands, I always buy some.

I often bake them in the oven or add some cheese I have available at the moment to make them more appetizing.

This time I wanted to prepare them simply by cooking them in a pan.

If you prefer, you can add some speck, prosciutto, or bacon.

This morning I did my usual shopping and found these Brussels sprouts. I bought them and once I got home, I prepared them right away.

Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn’t have much time, so I chose to fry them in a pan.

Anyway, they were still tasty and inviting.
