Pear and Walnut Plumcake

The pear and walnut plumcake is a delicious tasting cake.

Last night I made a plumcake for this morning’s breakfast 🙂 I had bought some very ripe pears and used them right away to make this cake. I didn’t specify the type of pears because you can use whichever you prefer. I used Kaiser pears. I also had some walnuts and added those too. The pear and walnut plumcake is ideal not only for breakfast but also for a snack 🙂 If I have intrigued you, now all you have to do is make it too 😉
