Air Fryer Spinach Pie

Air Fryer Spinach Pie

A carb-free recipe, suitable for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet.
Crunchy outside with a soft heart, everyone will enjoy this pie.
We start by pan-cooking the spinach and we’ll make a base for our pie, enriching it with ricotta, parmesan, and almond flour.
Then in the center we’ll place salmon mousse simply by blending ricotta with smoked salmon, which if you prefer, can be replaced with tuna in oil.
Some almond crumbs on top and it’s off to the air fryer.
For those who want, this recipe can also be made in a conventional oven at 356°F.
