- 1.32 lbs mushrooms (to taste)
- 1 clove garlic
- as needed roast seasonings

- 2 teaspoons bouillon cube (vegetable or mushroom)

Preparation: Beef Fillet with Champignon Mushrooms
Season the fillet slices with roast seasonings and let them rest for the time needed to prepare the rest.
Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
I had champignons but you can use other types of mushrooms.
Peel the garlic and chop it, and place it in the pan with a drizzle of oil, heat it up,
and when it is half roasted, place the fillet slices, which only need to be seared for 30 seconds per side
After this short time, add the mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of water, and the vegetable bouillon in cream, I make it at home, click here.
Cover with a lid and let the mushrooms wilt for about 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
