  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 teaspoons bouillon cube (vegetable or mushroom)

Preparation: Beef Fillet with Champignon Mushrooms

  • Season the fillet slices with roast seasonings and let them rest for the time needed to prepare the rest.

  • Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.

    I had champignons but you can use other types of mushrooms.

  • Peel the garlic and chop it, and place it in the pan with a drizzle of oil, heat it up,

  • After this short time, add the mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of water, and the vegetable bouillon in cream, I make it at home, click here.
