  • 1/2 Iceberg lettuce
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  • Spread the bresaola slices on a sheet of cling film, overlapping the slices to make the “shell” more robust.
    Spread the julienned lettuce on the bresaola and add a grind of pepper to taste.

  • Place the stracchino on top of the lettuce. You can substitute stracchino with ricotta to make the rolls even lighter.

  • Using the cling film, form a roll, and tighten the ends like a candy.
    Transfer the roll to the fridge for 1 hour.

  • Meanwhile, julienne more lettuce and spread it on a serving plate.
    Take the roll out of the fridge and, using a sharp knife, cut slices and place them on the julienned lettuce.
