  • 2 lemon (juice, peel, and pulp)
  • 3.5 tbsps butter (or coconut butter)
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • as needed water
  • 1.2 cups flour (or FiberPasta flour)
  • 1 tbsp roast seasoning

  • Squeeze 1 lemon, then grate it, keeping both the juice and the peel aside; slice the other one for garnishing.

  • Place butter with water, squeezed lemon juice, and grated peel in a pan and heat gently.

  • Add the chicken bites and cook for a few minutes, turning them until well cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • As you cook the bites, remove them and set aside, continuing to cook the remaining ones.

  • Squeeze the juice from a lemon, peel it, keeping only the yellow part, and chop it in the bowl for 10 secs, speed 7. Then gather with a spatula and set aside with the juice.
