- 1 clove garlic (large)
- 10.5 oz prawns (weighed shelled)
- 1.4 tbsp butter
- 1.4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon (only the peel)
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

Preparation: Calamarata with Prawns and Lemon Scent
Traditional cooking
Start heating the water for the pasta,
