What better way than to offer this recipe?
Those on a diet will have a protein dish, and our children will not believe they are eating vegetables.

- 5 1/2 cups cauliflower (any type)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup tomato passata
- 5.3 oz provola
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste dried oregano

Preparation of the Fake vegetarian cauliflower pizza
There are various types of cauliflower
This is the typical Sicilian purple, also called the Bastardone
Choose a nice cauliflower, remove the outer leaves, and…
Cut it into florets.
Then wash it several times under running water, then drain it well.
Put it in a food processor and chop it, reducing it to crumbs.
If you use a Thermomix, pulse turbo 2 seconds at maximum speed 3 times
After chopping it, spread it out on a fairly large baking tray,
and bake in a convection oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
After the time has passed, transfer it onto a kitchen towel and…
Squeeze it well, and be careful not to burn yourself.
Transfer the chopped cauliflower to a bowl and wait 5 minutes for it to cool before adding the eggs, otherwise they will coagulate.

Add the provola and bake for the last 4-5 minutes.
