Chia Seed and Chocolate Pudding

Chia seed and dark chocolate pudding.

No cooking required.

From English, Chia pudding, it is a dessert/breakfast/snack, light, yet delicious and nutritious, prepared with healthy ingredients that suit an omnivorous, vegan, or vegetarian diet, depending on whether you use animal or plant milk or yogurt.
Ideal for all ages.
To sweeten it, if you like it sweet, you can use brown sugar, or like in my case, a sweetener.
You only need to heat the milk, and a little resting time in the fridge, at least 2 hours to enjoy it well.
You can prepare it in the evening and always have it ready in the fridge for a breakfast or snack.
