Chicken Curry

Delicious and flavorful with a delicate taste, it’s a main course that will make the whole family happy.
Slightly spiced but not overpowering, so it’s ideal even for the little ones.

- 1.75 lb chicken (skinless bite-sized pieces about 1.2 in)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp curry
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk (cow or coconut)
- 1/2 tsp bouillon cube (vegetable)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1.5 cups zucchini (diced)
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
Chicken Curry
In a fairly large nonstick frying pan, place the minced garlic and onion, and the butter.
Add the diced zucchini and the butter, cook covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. After the time has passed, pour in the white wine and let it evaporate uncovered for 3 minutes over high heat.
Place the chicken in a bowl,
sprinkle it with the paprika, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
Transfer the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the water, the milk, the bouillon and the curry, and cover.
Cook for 15 minutes, gently stirring the chicken inside the pan, then continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and serve immediately.
Place the garlic and onion in the Thermomix bowl, chop: 3 sec./speed 8. Scrape down the bottom with a spatula.
Add the diced zucchini and the butter, sauté: 5 min./248°F/speed 1.
Add the white wine and deglaze without the measuring cup: 3 min./248°F/speed 1.
Place the chicken in a bowl, sprinkle it with the paprika, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Set aside.
To the contents of the bowl add the water and the milk,
the bouillon
and the curry,
place the basket and arrange the seasoned chicken inside,
cook: 15 min./Varoma/speed 1.
Gently stir the chicken inside the basket and continue cooking: 15 min./Varoma/speed 1
Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and
drizzle it with the curry sauce. Serve immediately.
