Chocolate Pudding with Persimmons and Cookies

Chocolate Pudding with Persimmons and Cookies

A quick, no-cook, diet-friendly dessert with only 4 ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack for your children.
Today, I want to present it with persimmons and also with firmer persimmons. But at the same time, we can also make it with bananas.
This is an excellent solution for those who do not like fruit.
We will make Chocolate Pudding with Persimmons and Cookies using an immersion blender, but we can also make it with a jug blender or the Bimby.
It takes 3 minutes to prepare, and after setting in the fridge for 2 hours, you can enjoy it.
Persimmons provide minerals like potassium and vitamins such as vitamin C, useful for fighting water retention.

They also improve liver function, helping to rid the body of toxins. Moreover, they are a good source of fiber, valuable for intestinal regularity.
The persimmon is a rather energetic fruit due to its significant sugar content: accordingly, the consumption of persimmons is not recommended for those suffering from diabetes or obesity but recommended in cases of loss of appetite, physical and mental stress, and sports.
