  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • to taste Powdered sugar
  • 3/8 cup milk
  • 5 oz Greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup Nutella®
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 tbsp butter

Preparation of Cloud Ring Cake with Nutella and Yogurt

  • Take the butter out of the fridge.

  • Preheat the oven to 340°F, and in the meantime, butter and flour the ring cake pan

  • Place sugar, flour, eggs, Nutella, baking powder, milk, cocoa, and butter in pieces into the food processor bowl.

  • Mix everything until the batter looks smooth and homogeneous.

    If using Bimby, blend for 3 min at speed 5

  • At this point, pour it into the pan,

  • Then bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 40 minutes. Open the oven door and check with a toothpick; if it comes out dry, turn off and let it rest on a rack for 5 minutes.

  • Once cooled, remove the cake from the pan and dust with powdered sugar. The Cloud Ring Cake with Nutella and Yogurt is ready for a great breakfast or snack.
