- 7 tbsp butter (Or coconut butter (about 3.5 oz))
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 3 oz sugar (or 25 g (0.9 oz) stevia or 3.5 oz erythritol)
- 1 cup strawberry jam (sugar-free)
- 1 1/3 cups strawberries

Steps

Take the butter out of the fridge so it becomes soft like a spread
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Butter and flour a baking pan or line it with parchment paper with a removable bottom (9 1/2-inch diameter)
Wash the strawberries and cut them into thin slices
In a large bowl place the flour, butter, egg, baking powder and sugar (or sweetener) and mix, avoiding compacting the dough: it should come together as a crumbly mixture. To achieve this, gather the dough between your hands and rub them together.
