- 1.75 lbs chicken (skinless bites, 1.25 inches)
- 3 tbsps butter
- 1.75 oz white wine
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons curry
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk (cow or coconut)
- Half teaspoon broth cube (vegetable)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup zucchini (diced)
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
Curry Chicken
In a rather large non-stick pan, place the chopped garlic and onion, and the butter.
add the diced zucchini and butter, sauté with the lid on for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. After this time, pour in the white wine and let it evaporate without the lid for 3 minutes over high heat
Place the chicken inside a bowl,
dust it with the paprika, drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
Transfer the chicken bites to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add the water, milk, broth cube, and curry, and cover.
Cook: 15 minutes, stirring gently, the chicken inside the pan, and continue cooking another 15 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and serve immediately.
Place the garlic and onion in the bowl, chop: 3 sec./speed 8. Gather on the bottom with the spatula.
Add the diced zucchini and butter, sauté: 5 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add the white wine and evaporate without measuring cup: 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Place the chicken inside a bowl, dust it with the paprika, drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Set aside.
Add the water, milk,
the broth cube
and the curry,
place the basket and its contents inside the seasoned chicken,
cook: 15 min./Varoma/speed 1.
Mix the chicken gently inside the basket and continue cooking: 15 min./Varoma/speed 1
Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and
drizzle with curry sauce. Serve immediately.
