I’ve turned a classic Italian pastry recipe into a diet dessert that is just as delicious and has nothing to envy from the traditional desserts.

Ingredients for Diet Chili Chocolate Salami
- 5.3 oz dry biscuits (oro fibrattiva or ketogenic)
- 3.5 oz almonds (or walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 3.5 oz 85% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp dried chili pepper (chopped)
- 1.4 oz erythritol (or 0.7 oz of another sweetener)
- 4.4 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 3 egg yolks

Steps
Traditional recipe. Put the biscuits in your food processor and chop coarsely: Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Now put the nuts in the bowl, and grind them into flour. Transfer to the bowl along with the biscuits and chopped dried chili, and set aside. You can adjust the amount of chili according to your taste; I used a tablespoon.
Chop the chocolate coarsely. Put it in a microwave-safe glass bowl with the sweetener and melt.
Now add the Greek yogurt and mix.
Now that the mixture is cooler, you can add the egg yolks and mix vigorously.
At this point, add the nuts, biscuits, and chili, and mix well with a spatula.
Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a kitchen surface and place the mixture.
Then roll it up, giving it the shape of a salami, and tighten the ends of the paper like a candy.
Cool the salami in the refrigerator until it becomes solid.
For a visual effect, dust it with more erythritol,

Remove the dough from the food processor, place it on a sheet of parchment paper, and roll it into the shape of a salami, roll the ends of the paper like a candy
Cool the salami in the refrigerator until it becomes solid.

Storage
