  • 5.3 oz dry biscuits (oro fibrattiva or ketogenic)
  • 3.5 oz almonds (or walnuts or hazelnuts)
  • 3.5 oz 85% dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp dried chili pepper (chopped)
  • 1.4 oz erythritol (or 0.7 oz of another sweetener)
  • 4.4 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 egg yolks

Steps

  • Traditional recipe. Put the biscuits in your food processor and chop coarsely: Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

  • Now put the nuts in the bowl, and grind them into flour. Transfer to the bowl along with the biscuits and chopped dried chili, and set aside. You can adjust the amount of chili according to your taste; I used a tablespoon.

    Now that the mixture is cooler, you can add the egg yolks and mix vigorously.

  • At this point, add the nuts, biscuits, and chili, and mix well with a spatula.

  • Remove the dough from the food processor, place it on a sheet of parchment paper, and roll it into the shape of a salami, roll the ends of the paper like a candy
