- 1 orange (large)
- 5.3 oz low-fat yogurt
- 3.5 oz cornstarch (maizena) (Or oat flour.)
- 3.5 oz erythritol (or 30 stevia)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 8.8 oz all-purpose flour (or whole or FiberPasta)

- 1 Baking Pan bundt pan 10 inches
- 1 Citrus Juicer
- 1 Electric Beater
- 2 Bowls
- 1 Sieve

Let’s start cooking
Traditional Recipe:
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift them.
In a second bowl, mix the yogurt with the sweetener and eggs, and with a hand whisk or an electric mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Wash the orange well, grate the zest and add it to the yogurt and egg mixture, cut the orange in half and squeeze it, also add the juice to the mixture.
Gradually add the previously sifted dry ingredients to the egg mixture, and with a spatula, gently mix from bottom to top to avoid deflating it.

Bake the cake in a static oven at 340°F for about 30/35 minutes, adjusting times and temperatures to your own oven.
When the bundt cake is tall and well golden, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely before removing it from the pan.
If desired, sprinkle with additional powdered sweetener and garnish with orange slices.
Here is the ready Dietary Orange Bundt Cake.
Pour the sweetener and orange peel into the mixing bowl, pulverize at turbo speed for 10 seconds, then gather with the spatula.
Insert the butterfly whisk,
Add the orange peel in the bowl with yogurt and eggs, mix for 3 min speed 3, and watch through the lid until smooth and foamy.
Still with the butterfly whisk, also add the orange juice for 1 min speed 3.
Gradually incorporate the previously sifted dry ingredients.
Work for 3 min speed 3.
Meanwhile, butter and flour a bundt pan, pour the batter into it, and bake the cake in a static oven at 340°F for about 30/35 minutes, adjusting times and temperatures to your own oven.
