Steps
First, preheat the oven to 356°F (static).
Take all ingredients out of the fridge and first the puff pastry, which you need to unroll carefully.
Place your cupcake molds on the puff pastry, keeping a distance of 1 inch from each base.
Use a pair of scissors to cut the puff pastry along with the parchment paper underneath
Place the squares of puff pastry inside each mold
and press around, folding the edges slightly outward.
Prepare the filling, beat the eggs with parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan, milk, salt, pepper, spices
and flour and make the mixture smooth and homogeneous
Place all the molds in a large baking sheet with low edges.
Pour 1 tablespoon of egg mixture into each cupcake.
Add the chopped provolone,
the ham and diced zucchini
Pour more egg mixture up to 1 finger from the edge,
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Wait 5 minutes before unmolding, and our quick savory cupcakes are ready.
