  • 1/4 cup water
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tbsp roast seasonings (for fish)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (Or apple cider)
  • to taste dried oregano

Preparation

  • Gut the fish and make fillets. The embedded video can help you, or if you bought the fish already filleted you can skip this option.

  • Peel the onions and slice them, then place them over the fish completely covering it.

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for at least 6 hours or more.

  • After the time has passed, transfer the fillets to the Varoma, between container and tray, cover, and set aside.
