From today, my favorite street food, an exciting surprise that got all the teenagers in my house involved, friends included.
Yes, dedicated to them who have no idea what tripe is, so much so that when I first served it, I didn’t say what it was.

- 2 1/2 cups cups flour
- as needed sunflower oil

- 1 Paper towel
Steps
To prepare
we start with the tripe already boiled for 20 minutes.
Dry it with a paper towel.
Beat the eggs in a bowl
and place the flour in a second bowl.
Dip the tripe in the beaten eggs and then flour all the pieces.
Let’s start cooking.
For pan frying, pour plenty of sunflower oil, and when it’s hot, immerse the tripe sticks and fry until golden.
Air fryer cooking
distribute the tripe sticks on the air fryer paper, spray with oil, then preheat and cook at 375°F for 5 minutes.
At the end of cooking, adjust the salt and serve hot with a slice of lemon.

Fried Tripe Sticks are not suitable for storage as they would lose their crispiness.
