Grandma Rita’s Turkey Leg.
There are no festivities without turkey.
My grandchildren love it, so I created this recipe for them, simple to make, yet tasty.
The turkey leg is deboned, and we will keep the skin for cooking, which should be removed when serving the dish.
Moreover, the flavor of all the spices combined with butter gives the meat great delicacy.
The potatoes complete the dish.
