  • You can prepare it in the classic way in a saucepan or in the microwave.
You can cook it using simple water or, as I like, milk; vegans can use plant-based milk, I recommend oat milk.

    milk
  • For 1 person, about 2/3 cup (5 oz) of water or milk is needed.
    Procedure
Pour about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a cup, and gradually add the liquid part, stirring with a fork or an immersion blender, so as not to form lumps.

Hot Chocolate Like at the Cafe
  • If you want to prepare Hot Chocolate Like at the Cafe in a saucepan, just put the saucepan on low heat and stir until it reaches the desired consistency.

    pot
  • For microwave preparation, once the mixture is mixed directly in the cup, cook at 750w for 1 minute, then stir and cook for another minute.
However, I recommend using a very large cup so that the chocolate doesn’t overflow while cooking.

    microwave
  • With the Bimby, pour the ingredients together into the bowl, close the lid and set 9 minutes at 194°F speed 4.
