Steps
To prepare
Soak 0.28 oz of gelatin in cold water.
Heat the cream with sugar and mandarin zest.
Before boiling, turn off the heat and add the squeezed gelatin.
Strain and
pour halfway into molds. Wait 30 minutes, then
add peeled mandarin pieces and then finish with the rest of the panna cotta.
