Steps
Mushrooms with Garlic Butter
You can choose any type of mushrooms you like, even mixed.
When cleaning them, do not soak in water, as mushrooms absorb a lot of water, so it’s important not to introduce any before cooking.
Simply clean the dirt with a damp paper towel, but if the mushrooms are particularly dirty, you can quickly rinse and dry them.
Then, slice them into evenly sized pieces
In a pan, put the olive oil and butter and heat over low heat until the butter is melted.
Then add the sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, vegetable broth cube, and spices
Stir and cook over high heat, uncovered, until the mushrooms are slightly golden, about 5 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to low and let simmer until the mushrooms are tender, about another 5 minutes.
Once the mushrooms with garlic butter are cooked and golden, plate and serve immediately with a sprinkle of parsley.
Place the parsley in the Bimby bowl and chop for 10 sec at speed 7. Gather with the spatula and set aside in a small bowl.
Now chop the garlic cloves in the Bimby bowl for 10 sec at speed 7. Add the olive oil and butter and sauté for 3 min at 230°F speed 1.
Then add the sliced mushrooms, vegetable broth cube, and spices, and cook at varoma for 5 minutes counterclockwise speed 1 with the basket instead of the measuring cup.
Reset the Bimby for another 5 minutes with the basket instead of the measuring cup at 212°F counterclockwise speed 1.
When the mushrooms are cooked, plate and serve immediately with a sprinkle of parsley.
