Mushrooms with Garlic Butter

  • You can choose any type of mushrooms you like, even mixed.

When cleaning them, do not soak in water, as mushrooms absorb a lot of water, so it’s important not to introduce any before cooking.

  • Simply clean the dirt with a damp paper towel, but if the mushrooms are particularly dirty, you can quickly rinse and dry them.

  • Then, slice them into evenly sized pieces

  • In a pan, put the olive oil and butter and heat over low heat until the butter is melted.
